Controls

• PC/Mac: Use W, A, S, D to move around. Click on pizzas to pick them up. Click again while holding them to throw!

Background

Have you ever heard of the Taco vs. Pizza challenge? When we did, we knew we had to participate and choose a side in the great debate! But we also wanted to show off some new features in the Builder including spawners and special FX!

We chose the pizza team and decided to create a fun pizza tossing game in tribute, but in as little time as possible! That decision wasn't easy to come by though, since there are many pizza-making type games that are possible! We debated creating an ingredient-based game where each virtual pizza needs the exact amount of ingredients and more! But the pizza tossing game was the most simple and fun to create in a short amount of time; plus it is a ton of fun to play in virtual reality!

Don't think we forgot about the tacos though! In preparing for this challenge and livestream, I created and shared several taco ingredients and kitchen tool 3D models! If you want to try out the taco challenge, just look up "tacos" in the shared 3D model tab in the Builder and add them to your scene.
